This would spices the game and it would be some sorts of vote and then people can kill their teamates

No, it's against the rules.

Not a good idea. Everyone would just kill there teammates and it would be more cancer than it already is.

This would allow for a lot of intentional griefing within our servers and I personally think this is a rather not so thought out idea. It is already against the rules for a good enough reason. @Fardoche0

Basically no, think of what would happen if people decided to intentionally teamkill, us admins already have enough to deal with.
