[Answered] Where is the Shoutbox actually located

I've spent at least two hours searching for this shoutbox feature. I figured it would be on the the Home page but I'm having some difficulty finding it.

You need 10 posts before you can see it.

Once you get the 10 posts, click the forum button on the top and voila! It's there
