When a t wins a guntoss can a ct delay the lr and not let the t kill him?

Last I checked, delaying the round is against the rules.

If the ct loses he dies. That how it works. If the ct runs away and kills the t for knifing him, thats a freekill

Just what Jonathan had said and adding on to collieflower, if the CT losses the gun toss he is now obligated to be killed by that T. If that CT decides to run he is considered delaying and you should warn him that.

Wasn't sure about this in all honesty, had to go and check for once.

 

Guntoss is explicitly in the rules under the Last Request spoiler that Goku made and it literally states that the winner gets to kill the loser, so if a CT is running away it's completely delaying as @Jonathan Drouin said & as @CollieFlower said it's a free kill if he kills the T for knifing him because death is part of the LR- the LR is NOT over.
