As far as I know you can't install skins by simply downloading it from the server, you got to actually set it up. Therefore it ain't work.

It would be cool but wouldent people have to atleast DOWNLOAD and INSTALL it to work? When you say it like you did it would be, if thats what you meant I dunno. If you set it up to

 

"YOU MUST HAVE THIS SKIN BECAUSE IT IS DEFAULT THEREFORE YOU WILL GET KICKED IF YOU DONT HAVE IT"
