Suicide on Scrim

I'd like to suggest removing/blocking Kill in console on Scrim.

Was just watching a game where someone used it to take money away from the other team and I can't think of any reason why we would need the command on the server. Pros use molotovs and such to deny enemy teams money and such which is fair enough as it's apart of the game but straight up killing in console seems very unfair for a server like scrim to have on it. In matchmaking the command is straight up blocked which seems like the right path to take.

Honestly it's not a huge issue or anything but I can't think of a single reason why having it is a good thing, I'm open to the fact that I could be missing something so if I am feel free to post. Gonna throw a poll up, but elaborate below if you have anymore incite. Hopefully whether it's a rule or concrete server change we can get this cleared up.

I would prefer if we just remove the ability to suicide. I would much rather we didn't have to administrate people who are typing it in console cause it doesn't seem like something I'd want to ban for (unless if the player is excessively doing it to throw, of course).

I had no problems with it at first because it is only the loss of a potential max of $900 (if you kill the player with a shotgun). To be honest, I feel like one kill wouldn't make or break your economy that hard which is why I was against making a big deal out of it. My only reason for wanting it to be restricted is because I like our server to mimic normal matchmaking (other than 64 tick and griefers/cheaters) as much as possible.
