I've been wondering if there is still items in the shop that don't work because awhile back I tried to buy a pet or something and I spent the credits and it said I had it but never showed up. Are there still items in the shop that you don't get after you spend the credits?

Yeah i'm not on at the moment but that looks about right.

 

I was just gonna start saving up to buy some other things but last time I spent like all my credits on a pet chicken or some shit and never got it or my credits back and didn't have a forum account at the time.

Every Store purchase on the servers is logged. It's physically impossible for it to have taken credits out of your account and then also not show up in the logs.

Yeahhh the chicken mask, it never worked when I equipped it on that account. I guess it really doesn't matter anymore though since that account is banned.

To answer your original question: That shouldn't be an issue anymore. There were some bugs reported back last year that sometimes items weren't equipping properly for people. But there's been multiple fixes and updates since then, and we haven't had any reports of that happening in a long while.
