Only thing is that the i7-7700k doesn't come with a stock CPU cooler, I don't know if you knew that. You might also need to update your bios. Use http://www.pcpartpicker.com to make a build. (I noticed your MB has 2x slots for DDR4)... Other than the processor you are already getting...
