Really need help

Ok I really need help to identify if this is lice or not

I found this earlier in my head and need to know really if it is or not because i found 2 the other day

and if it is please tell me a way to get rid of them without shaving my whole damn head off

Check your local pharmacy, they should have a shampoo that kills it. I googled lice and they certainly look similar. Good luck!

Done, also the photo is just really zoomed in, i used my sisters phone light to get a full view on it

Sorry to say but you definitely got lice. Just like @Jonathan Drouin says the local pharmacist should have some shampoo for it. Make sure you get the eggs as well with the treatment (the white little balls that should be close to your scalp). Use it like once or twice a week for like 2-3 weeks and you should be good.

I work at place full of elementary school kids and some of them got lice. How do I avoid getting lice from these gremlins?

Tea Tree shampoo always did the trick for me when my younger sisters brought it home.
