[Rejected] SG Themes

I feel like adding some more themes would be cool like the christmas one. Maybe a couple different options to choose from like a black/white one, or a way to customize the colors yourself?

I suggested this before and it was shot down. Although I think they could hold contests for it, design a theme that can be used by everyone

As long as the theme isn't made the default, the Christmas one was a pain in the butt and I didn't know how to disable it

Not something that is remotely plausible. Each theme was made for SG by dedicated members. (Huge shoutout to floffypus - probably the biggest contributor). But without the access to the backend functions of the site, its just not possible to "outsource" this to the general public

It's just simply not feasible. The forums are run on the vbulletin platorm. All the themes are created within vbulletin. It's not like a simple php/html page you can create on your own then submit that for review. Granted, I have no problems with people submitting a "mock up" sketch how how they would like the forums to look but giving users access to vbulletin is not possible.
