Would it possible to add an item for detectives that allows them to ID bodies that have fallen off buildings/out of map/out of reach of being identified. There was an item in gmod that allowed detectives to do this and figured it might be worth while bringing up again. Think it would be a good addition if it could be implemented. Thoughts and possibilities? 2 Link to comment

I believe they were called binoculars and they were actually a fairly popular Detective tool. The only way I could see this being implemented with a currently existing item in CS:GO is if the Tactical Awareness grenade could be made to identify any body within the radius of it's blast. Otherwise, it may be difficult to try and find some sort of item in the game to fit this tool and would probably be even more difficult to add a custom item for it. Regardless of how it's done and that it is a good idea, this is likely not something to be implemented until the new TTT plugin is complete. Good suggestion though =) 2 Link to comment

I figured it would have to wait, just wanted to get the ball rolling as a possibility 1 Link to comment

They only show the opposing team members. Link to comment

If not a TA grenade, is there a way to be able to shoot a body to simulate the “+use” function to be able to identify? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Link to comment
