Why should we remove it

Down to the core it is not a good jail break map, no useful secrets that aren't overpowered, it seems as if it's only there because people like the flying sawed off and dualies, can we please just put these in another map that's actually good, the only orders I ever hear given are "Full freeday no catwalks no ladders," which is a terrible order because there isn't even a catwalk on the map, as I stated before, some secrets are overpowered, once a t gets daulies he just flys around and can't be stopped. Overall this map is at the core a bad jailbreak map, and takes away enjoyment from many in the community.

CTs giving the same order every round is not the maps fault, it's the fault of CTs who aren't creative; as for secrets, there are plenty and not all lead to overpowered weaponry. Each round at the start, you're presented with a chance to rebel if you beat your mini game; I'm against it's removal.

This map is fun and PB players have so much love for it. It's already passed a good majority of the other maps in playtime. Like Nebula stated, similar orders every round isn't the maps fault, and your argument for the overpowered weaponry is pretty non-existent. A lot of guns have special powers, but it's pretty easy to kill the Ts that have them imo.

 

This map is extremely unique, completely against removal especially with how well it's liked among regulars.

One of my personal favorite JB maps which usually bring in a lot of people to join the server and populate it. Just like what @Dominic said, this map is very unique and imo it's one of the few unique and creative maps that are well liked on our server. Usually we would have plain, generic and simple maps played over and over, but for undertale it has a good theme and is well made while bringing in a lot of new players.

 

Complete disagreement with removing this map.

If it gets voted in often, tell yourself its not going to be removed.

 

Although I never liked the map due to the long distances that make rebelling really tough, I don't want it removed. It's different from the clones we have and it has interesting places and secrets. The layout is horrible, moving the ts somewhere takes forever, which results in freeday no catwalk/ladder. It's super easy for guards to camp up there and shoot prisoners. The minigames in the cells are loved by everybody and keep us entertained a bit.

Yeah I generally agree with all this. The only arguments I hear for the map is that its unique and shit, which if you're talking about the cells or the magic duelies, is true. The rest of the map is pretty basic, with a generally poor layout for actually playing JB the way it is usually played, which is for the CTs to order the Ts around and the Ts to try and rebel. There is a big open floor plan with catwalks everywhere, and a lot of dead end rooms to boot with some games that I rarely actually see get played. The whole map is made of very large square areas all painted in the ugliest fucking purple color (yeah I know its from a video game) I've ever seen, the only decent looking room being the climb area.

 

I honestly don't even stay in the server when this is getting played, sorry but after 10 rounds of either 'face the back of your cell and freeze' and then after wasting over a minute with that you get sent to one room till the round ends OR 'freeday no catwalks', it gets fucking old. I've yet to see people have much of a chance to get to most of the secrets you guys are talking about. Also, whenever the freedays get called there is always at least 1 CT if not 2-3 who camp hard in the armory, and if you're even across the cell block (which is ridiculously over sized), there is no way you can fight someone with a scope in armory without a scope of your own. Sure you can say like the reason I've had a bad time there is because of shitty CTs or lack of admins, basically the game mode not being played as intended, but having 14 year old CTs trying to call warden and a lack of admins has been the epitome of my JB experience lately.

i mean the only problem i have with the undertale map yes it gets old but that's not always the maps fault the cell block is huge witch is really time consumming unless if there bomb rushing the map creator's great. there is a problem with camping but isnt that on every map and from end to end of the cell block is past the damage drop off witch is 8192 units but other than that the map is great it rewards people who are good at climb or fast to do secerts love the use of ta grenade and the med shot so no i would not like to remove the map mabye change it so the cells might be double stacked and shorten up the map and its not really an option to extent the time. :)

Since the map is RELATIVELY new, all the secrets haven't been discovered. Thorgot used to join when we first added it and he showed some people all the secrets, but there are still a few that no one ever uses. For exmaple the deagle in jumprope is rarely used. I think the map plays well if it has good CTs, like any other map. Gnna keep this one on the server. I don't like the size of the map, however most of the regs like it, so i'm not going to take it away because of that.
