All Ts Posted January 18, 2018 Content Count: 4441 Joined: 05/28/16 Status: Offline Share Posted January 18, 2018 (edited) Hello friends! Recently there has been a virus link going around Steam that will steal your account information, log in and send the link to your other friends. A few players at Steam-Gamers have been sent this link, luckily most have not fallen for it. To avoid this spreading across the community please beware of good friends of yours sending you suspicious links, enable Steam Guard and if you've clicked ANYTHING- change your information across all platforms as soon as possible. It would also probably be a good idea to run a full wipe on your computer and pretty much factory reset if AV isn't catching it. I'm not sure whether we're going to be dealing out punishments to players as it looks like many have fallen victim, completely unbeknownst to them, but to the best of your ability try to keep all of these links off our platforms. Thanks as always. 21 Edited January 18, 2018 by All Ts found out Link to comment
