[Answered] !servers/!hop command

So I think we should add a !servers/!hop command. I know we use to have one in the past and I think it would be great to have again. It will help newer players find our servers easier unless it was removed for a reason don't see why we can't have this command again.

Pretty sure it just broke and I had made a post about it a while back since the command was still being advertised in the servers.

 

Honestly pretty useful, would always take a ton of PB people over to MG for some fun and the command made it much easier.

 

EDIT: I don't know if this was specifically for MG, but this should go back on all the servers.

I remember there being a command like !servers back when I first started playing on the servers in 2016, but it seemed to just break out of nowhere and stop working like Dominic said.

 

If I recall correctly, the server name/IP of server/current map/current players would pop up in chat every so often while playing, was an easy way to access the other servers and to know if that server was playing a popular/fun map.

 

Would like to see it added back if possible, was a really useful command. +1

Basically CSGO removed the function to "hop" to servers. the only thing we can do is either let them know the ip and such via a command, or setup a steam bot that sends you a game invite, though I don't agree with the 2nd one

 

 

EDIT: We can still advertise the servers, but the ability to "hop" without the users own doing is not possible
