I don't think ANYONE here would have a spare steam account to give you. Your best bet would be looking on the steam support forums, and looking at how to recover a hijacked account. On a more serious note, I really don't think anyone here has a spare. Even if they did they either need it because they know their shenanigans means they will be banned shortly, or they would only sell it to you. Either way, you don't get an account. Just talk to the steam people, get on your knees and beg, and hope they can help you. If not, it's time to go shopping.
