So I was looking at the loyalty years awards and noticed that year 10 had a special side wings to it with the X. However year 11 has the same simple blue wings with the XI in the middle. I feel like it should still continue the red side wings to show that it is a more prestigous award, and keeps a cool color based system, and it would make sense to keep years above 10 having the same look as year 10.

Yea I don't understand that either. Sure 10 years is a big milestone, but it's sort of saying that 11 years isn't as big of an accomplishment as 10 years.

I don’t see why from now on they should change color. Ten is somewhat a big deal cause it’s a big milestone but nine is also very important but there’s no point in judging what is and isn’t important then changing the color. Saying that because of this 11 isn’t as important as 10, it’s self explanatory how dumb that is.

Well by your logic dominic, youre saying that ten shouldnt be a different color either. Im just suggesting that it should be consistent, because while self explanatory, it is kind of confusing to see something change for just one award

We're looking into an overhaul of our current awards in the future and will keep this in mind.

I assume since it was said that we will keep this in mind, it's cool if I post here:

 

My problem is that what is being suggested has such a weird pattern, so here's my suggestions on what should get done.

 

1) Make all the way up to year 10 blue, then do red from then on

2) Make every 5 years a different color, same color making each 5 year being red or make them all different

3) Make each award slowly darker (light blue to purple) creds to @euro likes long names @All Ts

I like the idea of the third option, however my post was really about just keeping consistency in the awards, which number three would do if it were applied
