Bring Back Mute During Map Vote

A while ago I put this plugin on the server and set the immunity so that subscribers, vips, and admins weren't muted during the map vote. Afterwards, AntiTeal edited that plugin so that people with a certain rank on skillbot weren't muted. I don't mind it making a come back, probably have it so admins, people who have the leader sign, and people of a certain rank and above (Godlike or Legendary) are immune. Maybe subscribers and vips are immune but not really a priority imo.

Oh perfect, didn't know it already came with immunity. This should speed up the implementation with gameme ranks.

I think that SOLO is a too high of a rank because only 10 people would have the ability to be unmuted but they aren’t always on at the same time. I think Top 25+ would be better.

 

SOLO rank is top 15 for GameMe, although im not opposed to top 25. Would suggest figuring out how to raise the afk timer for GameMe if we were to do this though

I've re-enabled the plugin (as it was before) for now and will try to work on rank integration later.
