[Answered] TTT Being Able To Pick Up Items Like Some Other Servers Have

Some other ttt servers have it where you can pick up items by holding e sort've like prop hunt. This will benefit the server where people can have more fun while being innocents instead of just waiting for a t to shoot someone. Another thing it will do is you can easily get out of objects when your stuck by just holding e and moving it. My favorite part has been in the past where you can roleplay with it and pick up burgers and give them to people.

I also played on another server before that had this. Although yes there’s some stuff that you could do with it for “fun”, there’s a lot you can do to abuse it. Atm there are people who abuse the stuck glitch to push people off high places and kill them. Having this would make it sooooo much easier because they can use props to push people off. The server I played on had people abusing this constantly and I have no doubt in my mind that it would happen on our server. Along with using it to kill people, you could also use this to get people stuck and that would cause more problems. Although yes, in some situations you could get yourself unstuck using this but at the same time it makes it easier to get yourself stuck inside the props which isn’t as easy to get out of. I really don’t think you need to pick up props/items to be able to have fun on the server, and I definitely don’t think we should be adding something that will most likely be heavily abused

I’m pretty sure we tried to add this in the past but it broke out pluggin and crashed the server so it was removed. I can’t find the threes rn but if I find it I’ll make sure to link it.

Pretty much go sum up what pickle the old AO said was that they would add one if someone found a pluggin that wouldn’t crash the server but the viewpoint may have changed on whether or not they still want it with the new AOs @Mad Dogg and @Gator

I mean it sounds cool but like these fine people here have already said; it can be abused and I as a player definitely does not want to be killed by a floating bush. ;)

Prop Blocking isn't allowed, I feel like this will only increase the amount of prop blocking during rounds.

If we found a plugin that worked without crashing and didn't cause any other problems, I wouldn't mind it.
