Manny Posted April 3, 2018 Content Count: 1799 Joined: 12/31/17 Status: Offline Share Posted April 3, 2018 (edited) Throughout these few days of me tryharding TTT there is always one ocurring issue that happens. It's when someone is firing before the round starts and then when the round starts they don't realise the round started. Sometimes its only that someone is knifed but other times someone would be prefiring someones head, and then ends up killing them which can cause a ton of inno's killing other inno's. I was thinking what if a countdown would show on everybodies screen counting from 5 seconds before the round starts or a beep letting people know the round is about to start? Are these possible to implement into the server? Or does anyone else have any other way we could stop accidental rdms at the beginning of the round. 4 Edited July 4, 2018 by Karma Link to comment

Although I don't tolerate people not knowing to stop shooting at :45, it wouldn't hurt to have a sound played upon round start, maybe just an ingame radio comm like the "go" command. 4 Link to comment

Will alert people to stop shooting, and not accidentally freekill. Also with the beginning of round, the NoBlock is great to have, but I still think itd be a good idea to have the server do an automatic !stuck at the beginning of the round seeing as people do tend to accidentally be inside of each other especially on cramped maps like ttt_clue. Charliere Posted April 3, 2018 Content Count: 1438 Joined: 03/25/17 Status: Offline Share Posted April 3, 2018 I agree, I've been seeing this a lot lately and it's always been kind of a persistent problem. I think any sort of visual or audio cue at :45 would suffice and hopefully cut down on the amount of rdms at the beginning of the round. Link to comment
tides Posted April 3, 2018 Content Count: 615 Joined: 09/20/17 Status: Offline Share Posted April 3, 2018 I think the "3,2,1" countdown would be kind of cool; Maybe it could even flash each persons role to them after the "GO". This would definitely clean up the start of the round and help void pointless RDMing. 1 Link to comment

I'll see if I can get something like this though as it is a problem, albeit a problem that shouldn't really be occuring. 2 Link to comment
