My retarded ass doesn't know how to make my avatar a gif please help ;-;

It's gotta fit into the criteria it says when you go to upload the picture.

 

"The maximum size of your custom image is 200 by 300 pixels or 100.0 KB (whichever is smaller)."

 

In this case, it has to be 200x300 or under and 100 KB.
