[Rejected] Steam Gamers app?

No I don’t know how many people know how to code or develop apps but if we could I think it would be cool to have a SG app to see certain things like stats, upcoming events, or anything that you can think of. This is just an idea so this could be brought up to something bigger

yea, i agree with this suggestion because i think having an app would be very convenient for you, if you just want check the forums, instead of having to go to a browser app like safari and logging in... you could also have notifications for upcoming events.

If you need it for notification use Tapatalk, it shows trending threads which events will usually be.

Also it's already coded and supported for our forum!

I don't think we intend on making an official app for the forums lol. As Nate S said, there's Tapatalk, which allows you to browse the forums on a mobile-friendly interface. It's not necessarily needed, but if someone that wants to code it in their free time as a fun project, then that would be cool to see.

If i had extra free time i would not mind taking this project on but i have been making my studies abit of a priority lately and the spare time i do have would be used to check on ze

I could do it over summer but it would end up for android, IOS would take longer.

I just go straight to the website. It keeps me logged in and I know where everything that I need to know about is.
