WE NEED A WARDEN SYSTEM

Save JB? You're one of the kids always screaming over each other to give orders, instead of telling over them, give a suggestion to them after it calmly.

Also in conjunction to screaming over people you joined in on a raid on our server and said the n word while @DML was afk knowing it wasn't allowed, I don't think you should be unbanned at the moment, but you shouldn't be saying you're here to save JB.

Plus there have been many posts such as this, which you could have just bumped.

Now about the content of your post, I don't agree with a completely traditional system of wardens, but a system where one person had order priority over all others, besides admins, would be great, in either the way of a vote, or a random selecter of people who click yes to having a microphone.

JB has been mostly down through the years without an Warden system added and we have our ups & downs but I do not think a Warden system will do much long term on some of the issues raised. We will get rule breakers coming in that will act the same regardless, we will have screaming kids running around the place with or without it and to put this in to stop such things would not be a good move for the rest of the playerbase.

 

JB has had decent numbers, but if we clean it up abit more then it becomes more enjoyable once again and over the last few months I have not seen anything out of the ordinary that would make us having to put it in & becoming just "another" common PB server, which I like that we are abit different as does others.

 

By all means we can look at it to enhance the game further, and adjust it to suit our server better than just a standard warden system added. We have tried it before and didn't really work out (players wanted to revert) but no matter how the past is, we must look to now & the future. With that I would be open to it if we look at this to improve things rather than fix problems (that this will not fix, other things will).

 

It's a major change that could affect alot of players and to get it right will need bring in most regular players (as in this forum thread) to be involved with it. I would like to hear more players give their thoughts on this, as sitting on the fence 50/50 to bring wardens in.

There's an easy fix to this but it needs to be perfect. I've played on other JB servers and the system they use is that you need at least 2 (for example) hours in the server to join CT. The problem is I feel like not enough people play on our server for this to always work. Maybe something like 3 hours + a rankme of 200? This with the admin warden systems seems legit. The admin warden system is a really good option as they would know how to play, but it should be reserved only for a few of the most active JB admins and higher ups. This was had some testing in the past and worked.

I would love a warden system because of the conflicting orders and the chaos of a few controling ct's but the problem is to find a plug-in that will allow one ct to become a warden and have certain controls so i guess we can only live with what we have or update the rules more.
