Yes, but only if it's for high quality M E T A L.

Anyways, I have played guitar, bass, and drums for 5 years now. I took up saxophone about 2-3 years ago (don't seriously practice/play though) and I've played other small instruments here and there, (harmonica, ukelele, etc.). I mess around on piano to help me visualize music theory on guitar, but that's about it for the piano. Guitar is definitely my strong suit as I find it to be the most interesting and fun instrument. I don't know how far you've gotten with your violin skill @BandaBonium but I would definitely recommend learning more music theory and really start trying to apply it to really writing music. Understanding how chords work and what each symbol means and how it changes the chord/music can really help you with creating solo parts. If you are struggling with technically playing pieces, then that is just nonstop grinding your practice hours; You will get there eventually if you practice enough. Hope this helps.

I'm allowed to take AP Music Theory in 11th and that's after next year ;(

Honestly I don't really know. But to the rest of my peers its hard so I would say medium-hard. This is one of the pieces the band plays -

The main reason I think my band sucks is because no one practices at all. It's kinda annoying but at the same time school is at times.

It doesn't seem like a very hard piece at all, but I guess the difficulty here is about balance and staying together with the differing sections and tempo control, as well as being responsible for your section. This is a piece the second lowest band (out of four) might do I think in my school. All in all the arrangement seems like a novelty, and only for fun. I'm not sure if there are any higher bands at your school, but if you're looking for great sound I'd definitely recommend going up and beyond.

Ooooohhhhh, you should upload a video of you playing it.

Thank you for clarifying what it means to scream sing.

I use it whenever I want to quote multiple posts without flooding the fuck out of threads

I learned to use it pretty early in my career at sg, you should give it a try
