Changing no access message for some commands

Wouldn't it make a lot more sense with all these new subscriber/VIP commands to replace the "[sM] You do not have access to this command." with a "Please Subscribe to gain access to this feature" message for the sub commands? That could be especially helpful on our low pop servers because people often wont be there to explain how to gain access. If not that maybe just one of the repeating advertisement messages saying to sub to gain access to those commands?

We can't necessarily replace the "You do not have access" message, but we can absolutely have another message print out saying you need to subscribe to use them like you suggested. Adding some adverts promoting the new commands is something we can do as well with no problem.
