I think they should add Hitman as Vip. I would buy vip if they do.

The more store models we have the longer download times take. We are trying not to add too many store items to compensate for this. At the moment we have John Wick, the only thing I could see happen would be to turn that into a Hitman model. At the moment I don't see that happening.

In the end, it's up to the person who is in charge of managing their servers to decide on whether to add player models for the public, subs, or VIP.

I added the model for CT side VIPs on PB, your post is lacking detail so I don't know if that's the server you wanted it on. Like Leon said though, completely up to the person who runs each server.
