I think that ever since the new update we need the new LR rules posted there. When you type !rules in chat I think the new LR rule should be implemented in chat because some people kill T's regardless if they win the LR even when there are more CT's than T's because some people aren't aware of this rule unless they're active on the forums which isn't the case for everyone.
