In terms of blood pressure jogging increases it and keeps it balanced in a best possible way. I just finished losing 15kg and i have skin left over on my stomach inside my thighs and under my arms, so jogging really helps me on it Link to comment

When I go hang with friends I convince them to run, I seem to run and jog a lot but not anything like sport wise. Link to comment

In cross country, I race the 5k, but sadly I got hurt this season and could only race twice For track this season I'm going to race the mile, 2-mile, and I want to try to the 800.
