What is the best 'failure' you've seen?

 

For me I think it was last night on ATIX_Helicopter. Helicopter was at the platform and little did the humans know that the zombies were on the ladder. One of the zombies were on the ladder, tagging humans from under the helicopter. There were lots of "WTF?" and "FAIL" going on.

I don't know. Usually when I see a zombie get knifed (not afk) on napalm or escape it's the perfect mix of win for the knifer and fail for the zombie.
