@Princess awhile back I noticed your skyscraper map was taking someone elses revamp who clearly had an issue with you decompiling his map for use, far enough to where he got it removed off of Gamebanana among some other comments on his map. I'm sure this guy didn't actually go through any legal bullshit over it- but I'm wondering what you had to say about it. I personally looked to see you credited the guy who made the Garry's Mod map 6 years ago that just short of a posting on Gamebanana asking for his permission you pretty much ghosted the guy from any kind of credits.

CGMentos and i used to be friends. He not only helped me on the map but helped me make both a model and the radar texture for the map, because i didnt know how to do them at the time and a friend told me to add him since he had previously made one for a TTT map. What he ended up doing was putting his name on the radar image, which i didnt know because it doesnt show in TTT servers, and then all he did was take the latest version of the map i had given him, pack the radar for it, and then pack the other textures and put it on the market after saying he didnt like the changes i had made to the map (traitor traps, some anime-ish secrets, etc)

 

Because of that his version actually has bugs and FPS drops because i wasnt done optimizing or adding to the level when he decided to take it and try to publish it. Then he sent his chinese community to downvote my version and contested it on gamebanana, so it was removed as is their policy over DMCA-type arguments apparently.

 

I really didnt care past the first day or so of being upset, because hes chinese. Its not going to affect my "side" of the TTT servers so i just shrugged it off and moved on to another project since that one was finished.

 

He also knew i was talking to Finnie (ttt_minecraft_b5) and tried to add him to get permission to post his shitty version of the map he knew i was already working on.

 

Guy is a complete shithead.

 

Additionally TC and i (the original creator) had talked about me remaking the map for a long time, and he knew i was working on it, which is why he is added as a creator on the project, since he wanted to be, which was all he asked for and wanted.

Alright, so we tested these last night. There was some issues, nothing gamebreaking (although the T traps/rooms are broke because of how our plugin works).

Skyscraper and princesscraft yes. The third one titled test isnt finished yet.

 

If you have to rename the map files bc of deleting the trigawps and possibly the button to open the bookshelf room, lmk before you add it to the server. I cant remember if deleting entities with a stripper is only server sided or if it is a new map file lol

Okay. Stripper files are server side only and don't require renames.

Also trigawp is just the name of the awp model. Make sure you kill awptrig 1 2 and 3 as well as trigawp 1 2 3, to ensure the model and the button both are stripped out.

She's known for it. Had her demoted from a mapping position from another community for something unrelated. Decompiles old ass maps, ports to go and doesn't even credit.
