Shadowing the other team is also not against the rules. I think they're mad cus they lost, but if someone does clearly drop bandages for a low teamate and you take them not being their partner that's obvious sabotage(not like they would have won anyway). Wouldn't consider this sabotage at all. For example in the big team events everyone is like vultures.
