[Answered] More Admins?

I know that this is sort of out of the power of the server administrators, but I have found (at least on the servers I've visited) that there are countless times that admins are not present and chaos reigns (for example, RDMing on TTT). Although this requires good, quality people to apply for the position, and at this time I don't feel that I have a chance at this as I have not been with the server for long enough to be considered for the position, although I am a very active player on the server.

Agreed, what are you implying here, if anything. From talks with admins, most of the admins who are active on TTT monitor '!calladmin' and sometimes they are undercover so never feel discouraged to type in admin chat through hitting your team bound chat key and '@,' following your message. Also if you don't know about player complaints, the thread is down below. Administrators aren't always the answer, as good regs hold up a great fight against the people who don't abide by the rules!

I know what the requirements are, and yeah I don't have them. If I choose to continue with this server then yes, maybe one day I'll consider creating an application.

Alright, thanks for the feedback! I guess it is a different feeling from other places, where as here the admins are capable of monitoring things like that and/or can become undercover.

And are you completely wrong? No. But that isn't the point of why I posted this so I don't see the reason for you to have posted that.

Not a big deal @WixLiteZ, your feedback is appreciated most people around here just get kinda iffy hearing people talk about the lack of admins sometimes as it's posted fairly often & a lot of the time without a solution behind it. I think it would be nice if we could have more admins, but at a certain point you start sacrificing too much quality for quantity which leads us just short of letting people pay for it. I personally think if anyone has healthy suggestions to get more admins, plugins to lighten the load, or anything of the sort it would be great.

 

Just to add onto this make sure you don't post multiple times in a row on a thread if you can edit it into your post. If you're shooting for admin stick around for a few months slowly making posts, and integrating into the community.
