Blatant Disobeying

This has been happening a lot to me and I have seen it happen more to other people. When a CT says "Take One step out face the back wall and freeze" and the T takes 3 steps or runs to another cell then freezes they are killed. That is just one example it can be anything. The excuse from the CT is usually he was blatantly disobeying. I don't know if it is allowed to kill them for that because in one sense it sounds right. They were disobeying and they know what they are doing but I also think It's a little unfair to be shot dead for some stupid reason. So do I kill people for "Blatant Disobeying" or give warning shots?

Blatantly disobeying is when someone is disobeying in a way that would make you lose track of them, and overall makes your job as a CT harder because you have to shift your focus from the main group of prisoners to the disobeying prisoner.

 

In the example that you gave I would not say that is blatant disobey.

I feel as though new players or players who don't know the rules see ct's use use the blatant disobey properly and take the name or the rule and twist it to how they feel it should be used so they can use this false reason to freekill and use it so the victim doesn't presue them or for them to build a wall against push back from players.

 

there has to be a way to inform those players who wont read the rules so when admins are not on we can continue having a fun experince.

There most certainly is a way to inform these players of the rules. It only takes one person taking time out of their day to explain rules and situations to newer players to make the server that much more enjoyable for others. We have admins for a reason, but at the end of the day, regulars such as yourself have just as much of an opportunity to make a positive impact on the server through your interactions with other players.
