So if you do not already know, the thousand pound club is when your back squat, bench, and deadlift combined equals 1000 or more pounds.

Being new to lifting I am not currently anywhere near that, my combined total of the three lifts is 510, 125 bench, 145 back squat, and 240 deadlift.

So what are the muscles head's maxes on these at steam gamers.

Put down below if you reach the 1000 pound club and your maxes for these three exercises.

Only will be put on list for current maxes.

I knew my plates but added incorrectly

I feel like you should be able to squat alot more than 145 if you bench 135.

 

Back and leg issues inherited through genetics, also I looked at my max sheet at football and turns out it's 125, I knew my max squat was ten more than my bench, but turns out it's twenty, will update.
