FFA Broken Plugin (maybe) and AFK

So in FFA there is a plugin that ranks you up, I really don't know what the name of it is but it just Rank you up and demotes you randomly even if you get a kill you can be demoted or when you get killed you can be promoted its really weird. I don't know if the plugin is suppose to work like that or not but i feel like it should be removed as it has no reason to be on the server when it already has the ranking system with points. One more thing about AFKing players, I see people go afk for a while and not getting kicked so i'm thinking that them getting killed resets the afk timer or there is a long timer before he finally gets kicked for being afk and if that is the case i feel like the timer should be lowered so that people can join the server instead of it being packed with 1 or 2 people being afk.

Disabled the LR plugin for now because the way it promotes and demotes people is really weird. I also decreased the AFK Timer significantly, so you should start seeing people get moved if they're AFK.
