More time to load in and join a team

Self explanatory. This is especially an issue when new players haven't installed the maps yet. Also please make it so if you accidentally join T and switch to CT you'll respawn in the first few seconds of the round.

The load time is most likely not going to happen. Load times vary person to person, it depends on what kind of machine you have and your internet speed. Increasing the time for people to join makes it so those who load relatively fast have to wait longer. People who take longer than average to load literally only miss one round which is not a big deal (Two or three rounds if you have to download the map). Why make a bunch of other people wait for one person to join.
