AFK Suggestions

1. !afk can display a little marker on top of a user that shows he or she is afk. It is visible through walls to prevent round delaying. If the player moves the marker will disappear.

2. Longer time to be afk before automatically switching to spectate.

3. AFK people cannot be killed unless they are the last people left.

 

But idk. I would like these because things happen in the real world that I need to attend to.

Wouldn't it be easier to just move yourself to spectate? Who cares if you spectate for 3 minutes if you're not gonna be there anyways? So many times on TTT the round is delayed even though they aren't afk. Most of the time an admin will be on, and SHOULD /beacon to prevent delaying. That's even if the round goes quick enough that the afk timer doesn't put them on spectate.

I don't really play TTT but if your afk and can not be killed? thats unfair, what if someone purposely becomes afk to try to figure out who the T is

The T's can still kill the afk's it's only the innos & detectives that can't kill afk's simply for being afk. They must have solid proof that the afk is a T.

i think this is a great idea, but also i think that being able to earn some amount of credits like 1/3 or half the regular amount while in spec/afk would be a good idea.

Like most people said, you could just go AFK in real life/join spectator which would not impact the people currently playing. It would also be very unfair to players because they couldn't kill someone for being AFK and I feel like it would be abused.

Seems pretty unnecessary as they get moved to spectator, it could delay rounds pretty long, it could pretty easily be abused. I could technically just !afk and sit in my cell not following orders.
