I really wouldn't feel like switching over to face-it, the thing that makes scrim nice is that its right next to all the other SG community servers. One thing I really like about the face-it servers is the leader board. Up until @Creten just posted it I never knew we had one for scrim and I have no clue how it works.

Edit: I wouldn't mind at all seeing a SG Face-it hub, i'm just against replacing the scrim server. Having the two operating side by side would be awesome =3

When Joolis mentioned this to me, I didn't think of it as completely replacing scrim. This has way more potential for future events / tournaments / general pugs. It'd be cool to host events over time to pug for points for prizes / compete in tournaments where stats are clearly kept track of through their own system. I'll elaborate more if necessary but tl;dr: This could offer a lot of fun opportunities and it's free to create a hub. @Black Rain I made one as a test with steam gamers as the name. If you want I can pass it to one of you.

All you need to know tides is that i'm on the top and that you're below me.

@roux We SERIOUSLY need to get an updated leader board, there is no chance I am below this guy

The Gametracker leaderboards are based on points acquired on kills and follow individual names and not steam id. It doesn't take performance into account at all, the top spot is always given to whoever changes their name the less while playing and farms kills in warmup phase. Don't worry tides.

Adding a leaderboard and stats tracker was one of my plans for the rest of 2018.

Scrim is fine on it’s own, I don’t think it needs to be replaced by Face-it. Scrim will most likely lose players if that happens, Scrim is for STEAM-GAMERS players to compete and hang out in a Competitive like gamemode. Roux is doing a good job keeping it up and running while fixing problems and making stuff happen to improve the server. My opinion

This is a much better alternative than the scrim server. I'm not too familiar with faceits interface but i'd imagine you could browse available hubs and if someone sees that SGs is fairly active they may be inclined to come join the community. This could potentially expand the communities interest in "competitive"

Also linking game tracker and saying its a leaderboard is extremely ignorant. If that's your argument for not doing this I could make that same argument to get rid of gameME stats i mean we have game tracker so why not.

Also, by using faceit you're also able to freely use their anti-cheat system which I can promise you is better than whatever systems you downloaded for free for the server.
