Only Steam games or All games (that have custom servers manageable fully) 3 members have voted

I know that my question may be answered by the name of the the group, but is SG only limited to and only steam games or can it be other games as well that have servers?

 

Plus I want some veiwers of this post to vote if they think that SG is only for Steam or it can be expanded
