I have recently have seen many servers with the !redie function. This function is honestly such a good plus to have on the server, my reasoning:

1. the !redie function can help with player complaints if you are trying to make a demo because instead of having a 3rd perspective on the situation that is buggy sometimes and can clip into walls you get a superior option that can't clip through walls and gives a more accurate perspective.

2. the !redie function also can help with testing maps since the !redie function can activate glitch spots and with the help you can patch those spots.

3. the !redie function can give dead players something to do when they are dead instead of only spectating, especially useful in jb and ttt

4. the !redie function also can be used as a vip or sub only perk

ty for reading this post, this was thought up when 2 annoying kids were delaying yesterday in mg and i was bored af

Completely unnecessary in my opinion. I'm not sure how you spectate for demos but I've never had issues with point number one. Point number two is moot as we should be fully testing maps before adding them to rotation. Point three is the only reason I could see some server managers adding this.

Being the person that tested this plugin I can say it would probably not be good for ttt. The ghost plugin is the only “redie” plugin that I have found that does not have an issue with the hitboxes and bullet penetration. With that said it would most likely be the only one we would add to ttt or jb (unless a custom one is made). Now not that I am against the idea, it would be a little difficult to work with on those servers due to the lag it may cause, also the noclipping feature that is in the plugin.
