[Rejected] Multiple Suggestions for JB (Models/Maps)

Hey,

 

I wanted to make this thread for a long time, but never really got around doing it. Jailbreak is one of my favorite servers on SG, as I've been playing it ever since the TF2 days. But the problem that I see for SG jailbreak, at least for me, is that there's not really a lot of maps in the map pool, (yes there are quite a few, but most are just overlooked, and others are really repetitive, i.e. electric razor). Also, I wanted to suggest some player models. When buying VIP, I mainly bought it for the access to the player models in the server. But, when I started to play on other SG servers, I realized that other servers (that aren't JB) have a lot more skins, i.e. ZE and TTT. I'm also mad at the fact that some of the player models in the JB server don't even work, i.e. The Hitman, and that they removed the Octodad skinS [MULTIPLE] from the server, as well. Because of this, I decided to link a few Maps/Models and hopefully some of them, if not accepted, at least given a thought.

This is a revamp of Summer Jail, it'll be a nice change of scenery from the normal summer jail. It also has a few updates, i.e. wipeout, hockey, etc. It'll also be a nice festive touch for the upcoming holiday/season.

This is a map with a bunch of minigames, i.e. random bhop/climb, Push Me, etc. The map is surrounded by water and could be a neat addition to JB.

This map is a map that I really like, a lot. It has a ton of vibrant colors all around the map with a shit load of minigames that has it's own twists to it, i.e. dodge course, climb, shoot or don't shoot, boomball. The whole map is surrounded by water that damages you, but there are a few secrets that are in the water, that you can get to. If there were one map that I would pick to be added out of all the maps I picked, it would be this one.

This is a pretty small map that puts all the Ts into one cell. There is a vent in the cell that is only open for 3 seconds that could be easily defended by the CTs and a few decent minigames. The only problem I see with the implementation of this map is the advertisement of a server through pictures and an Islamic flag on top of armoury, but it would be a good addition.

This is a map pack, although I don't like all the skins, I really want to see the Spiderman skin(s) being implemented into JB. They look really cool and would be a neat T skin(s).

This is a map pack just like the last one, and it's made by the same guy. Just like the other one, I don't really like all the skins, but the Star War skins really stand out and would be great CT skins.

I know this skin was broken, but I don't see why they couldn't use a diff version or just delete/re-download this skin. I really liked this skin and hope it's re-implemented into JB, (even though it prob might not ;( )

Saved the best for last. I really love this skin and have only seen it on a few servers, I just love how it looks and used to love playing Rayman games as a kid.

 

*SIDENOTE*

You might want to change the Deadpool skin to T instead of CT, because it's a red-based skin and I've gotten multiple complaints that it looks like a T skin from people on JB. I bought a blue player skin from the shop to avoid this, but it's something that should be changed.

This map was on the server last Chrimstmas and was pretty popular and did well on the server. It was taken off because the holidays were over, but i'm sure if will be back at some point this year.

As for this map, i'm pretty sure it got removed from our server before. I don't think many people liked it, CT's or T's, but maybe it could be given another chance.

Was taken off after the holidays, I was very against having the two similar maps on if it wasn't for a holiday.

This was also on our official rotation for a while and got removed out of nowhere for reasons that are unknown to me. IIRC it was pretty popular so I could look into adding this again.

 

As far as models go, I'll make note of the fact that we need a big rework. Will probably work on getting a vote up on the forums to pick models for different ranks where they're needed.

I agree let's try the map to see if the same problems persist and if they don't persist we can add it back into rotation!

-Removed jb_coast_v2b because of a glitch that turns people completely invisible.

 

Not sure if thats the right map or not, but I think that is the map you're referring to. Someone correct me if im wrong. Either that or its still in rotation, or is a part of the other maps that got removed a few months ago from the server in purging the map pool of lesser played/wanted maps

Pretty sure he's referring to tropical island which got removed because of a glitch and we couldn't get anyone to fix it.
