[Answered] Easiest/nicest/app way contact a bd?

I'm looking to solve a personal issue with my donations. I have already been told by admins I need to speak with a bd. Simply looking to contact in an appropriate manner.

You can’t find one at the bottom of the main forums page. Most of the time a BD has been online at least once during a day. If not you can go to the donation tab and it should have a link to message a BD. Also you can go to the member tab and it will list all of the staff. Once you have found said BD, click their name and it should bring up an assortment of options. One of which is private message.
