  It is NOT blatantly disobeying. However, it is implied that the T should not pick it back up therefore you can warning shot them.

Is do not pass it to a T implied ? I actually think it should be implied. In a lot of case, CTs ask to drop the pistol they just pass it and it fucks CTs round when they have the control of the Ts.

Do not pass it to another t is not implied, but you can tell them not to pass it or drop the pistol in a certain direction. If they don't do it you can give them a warning shot. Also remember you can give the t that has the pistol special orders to move away from the group of ts and then tell him to drop it.
