[Answered] Applying for admin (question not my application)

When applying for admin there are obviously requirements for such a role and I know that there is a whole section for it. But is the 30 days and 10-100 posts required. If I've had a four star account for say 26 days and 13 posts would it still be a possibility when the time comes. Basically my question is do I have to be equal or over or is there a little bit of leeway

30 days minimum on the forums 10 post minimum requirements.
