[Answered] BHOP Server Commands

Since CS:GO became free, there are many new players coming to the server. The commands !gloves and !info are not working. Since the !gloves command is advertised on the server title, I would think that it may be better to fix this or remove it from the title. Also, in-game chat advertises the !info command for new players looking to learn how to bhop, so either stop it from showing in chat or fix it.

 

Also, thanks for fixing the !join command.

Speaking of BHOP server commands, I think adding the !spec command for non admins would be good, Other BHOP/KZ?SURF servers have !spec, and I think its just easier to use, and would be easy to implement to our server.

Also, another issue, some people are complaining about not being able to switch weapons (though I don't see the point to) while someone is spectating them. It's not a big issue but it could help some people (apparently).

Oh, and maybe send a message in chat that the players can use the !style command. Would help because many are asking how to get low gravity or rocket jump and such.

Users aren’t allowed to use /spec due to it being an admin command. Players should be allowed to use /spectate to join spectators. Right now, /gloves does not work due to recent Csgo updates (this is currently being fixed with other servers). I have no information on /info so I’ll look into that command. Another command that a lot of people don’t know is /hud. This allows you to control the interfaces like: your timer being shown, WR being shown, don’t show people if people are spectating you, etc. Essentially, this can be used to show nothing when bhopping so you can get a pleasant experience.

Shavit has its own advertisements that pop and tell people how to do certain things around on the sever (ex: how to change styles)
