I just wanted to know if it’s possible to be an admin even if you’ve done some stupid stuff in the past (racism baiting, getting an admin a little triggered)

It's possible but unlikely. If someone has broken a bunch of rules before they're normally treading on thin ice. If you've shown that you have improved yourself and truly regret your actions, then the chances of getting approved will increase. Make a name for yourself out there, make an impact, grab peoples' attention, and contribute, more often than not you'll get approved.

 

Past actions do not dictate who you will be in the future, however they do dictate you you were. Keep that in mind.

We've had former admins and staff who were permed before getting to those ranks, so anything is possible.

It's not just possible, but probable. If you have genuinely changed your character and not just put on a face in your time off, people will notice and most likely give you a 1/2 month reapply or a support on your admin apps. There are plenty of examples of admins that have done dumb stuff in the past and have since changed their ways.
