Create a channel where people with no rank can send their forum link, and when they get their rank admins could delete the msg to keep it clean

This already exists for everyone who can give ranks (CA+). It's just not visible for SA and below.

I did something a little fancy where users who are new to server and join it get a DM informing them the steps to request for a CA. They type a command and it's automatically deleted by the Dyno Bot to reduce spam, the bot will then alert the CAs+ in a private channel that there's a user who needs to be set up. This was implemented a few months ago and should still exist.
