Lol TheZZL we are currently reading the same book as you guys. We’re on like book 16-17 where Odysseus and Telemachus returns home. Very interesting.

When we read the Odyssey we skipped a good 4/5 of the chapters and the end result was misery

Yeah last year my good English teacher didn't skip any chapters but my one this year skipped like 3 chapters like how can you do that to a piece of classic literature.

it's an epic poem, and I actually enjoyed The Odyssey minus the annotation of each chapter. It has a good story and a lot of good deep meanings, if you didn't just jump on your class' bandwagon you'd realize it's actually a great book.
