Nah they don't, they just do it because they like helping the community my guy.

IA's earn roughly 0.000001 Cents every 5 years.

At's earn roughly 0.0000000001 Cents every 10 years.

CA's earn roughly 0.00000000000000000001 Cents every 10 years.

SA's get High School volunteer hours.
