[Rejected] Sticky CT bans link to the Jailbreak section or add a link on the SourceBans page

Kept getting asked by players over the past month on how long they have left on their CT bans. Seems worth to link the site Nishok made publicly as opposed to keeping it hidden in the SA channel. Shouldn't be hard to add a hyperlink on the top of https://www.steam-gamers.net/sourcebans/ and add a link somewhere in the Jailbreak section .
