So a-lot of people have been arguing about this on JB and I am pretty sure I am right but I'm going to ask it anyways. So first !fo you obv can not give a FD in FO because no CT can revoke it. But also with the first order of every round WITHOUT !fo you can't give a FD. I asked a couple of admins and they said in !fo and the first order without !fo can-not be a freeday. Can anyone clarify please?

AFAIK CT’s cannot give a freeday if they took !fo to give the order. If no CT takes !fo, freedays are allowed as the first order of the round.

We also re-worded the specific rule I mentioned beforehand.
