[Applied] Timed Event (Bhop)

There used to be a couple of timed events but it seems as if it has stopped since the last one which took place during April. Figured it may be fun to bring it back and it could also possibly bring some more people onto the bhop server.

Was thinking about requesting this a couple days ago for a normal & thirdperson timed contest but I'd be down helping set up the event @Im Sad

I basically stopped these because it was the same people winning, there were other issues with another person, sometimes there wasn’t enough winners, and people who were winning and not signed on the forums never wanted to make a forum account no matter how much I encouraged them to do so. It’s not hard to set up these events as they can monthly.
